    There is an issue with Jabber Voice Services that prevent users from receiving or placing calls while on-campus or connected to VPN. This issue also affects Jabber clients on IOS, Android and Mac devices. IT Services is currently investigating this issue.

    A fix has been deployed by IT Services. Technical staff are continuing to monitor the issue.

    The fix for this issue has been deployed and IT Services is reporting that the usual number of Jabber clients are successfully connected and online.
