We have identified and are implementing a fix for two related issues: - Some users are unable to check out staff out through attendance mode on the mobile app - Some users cannot view check out information in the web app. However, this data is available via export. We will provide further updates until this is resolved.

Earlier today, there were a subset of customers who were not able to check out staff through the Attendance mode on our mobile app. This issue has been fully resolved. We are still investigating a separate issue with some users being unable to see check out records in the Check-in Report in our web app. While we investigate this issue, you can access student check out records by exporting the Check-in Report.
