At this time Upserve's 3rd party provider for Chat based support and hosting services for help.upserve.com is experiencing a service incident. This is causing increased phone support traffic and may lead to increased hold times while waiting for an agent. Upserve continues to monitor for resolution of this 3rd party event, and will update upon restoration of services. All Upserve hosted infrastructure remains operational at this time.

At this time the service incident with our partner continues. Some chat functionality has now been restored within our products. However the Upserve by Lightspeed Knowledge Center remains impacted. All Upserve infrastructure continues to remain operational.

Upserve is now observing consistent ability to reach the Knowledge Center at help.upserve.com and all Support channels are once again available. We will continue to monitor for any instance of system unavailability, at this time all services are operational and Upserve hosted infrastructure remains unaffected.
