Our engineering team has identified that a third party service provider, Auth0, which is responsible for login related services for some Upserve products, is experiencing an outage and is investigating the issue. This may impact the ability to sign into services such as Upserve Analytics and certain versions of Upserve Point of Sale. All Upserve infrastructure remains operational. Our 3rd party login service provider, Auth0 has indicated they have restored service functionality and Upserve continues to see successful authentication.
