Upserve Engineering has received reports of an inability for employees to clock in/out or for administrators to edit timecards or pull Labor Reports within Upserve POS HQ. Our Engineers are working diligently to mitigate the problem and have released a fix to alleviate the issue. Engineers will continue to monitor the situation for improvements.

Upserve monitoring has continued to show improvement in alleviating issues with time cards and clocking in/out.
