The Upserve by Lightspeed Engineering team has identified a brief connectivity disruption this morning between 7am-8:30am EST which may have forced merchants utilizing Upserve Point of Sale to operate in Offline Mode. The disruption, caused by an Amazon Web Services outage has now been resolved and merchants should be returning to normal operations.
