Upserve has identified that 3rd party payment processing partner First Data has experienced a service issue on Monday April 4th. As a result, merchants currently processing with Upserve may be missing full funding from their April 4th batch. Please note that Upserve infrastructure is 100% functional. Our engineering team has identified and is working with First Data to resolve the funding issue. Please note that Upserve POS is not affected by this incident and merchants using Upserve POS can continue to operate normally.

Our 3rd party processing payment partner First Data has identified the root cause for a select number of customer batches from Monday, April 4th which were not funded. We expect these batches to be fully funded by tomorrow, Friday April 8th. Please note that Upserve infrastructure is 100% functional. Upserve POS is not affected by this incident and merchants using Upserve POS can continue to operate normally.
