    At around 02:30, we started receiving many sync errors on Shopify API calls to retrieve store data. At the same time, we quickly found out that there were reports on Shopify system down in https://downdetector.com/status/shopify/ At 06:30 UTC, Shopify system was back to normal and so is our Sync process.     Between Tue, 20 Aug 2024 06:44:06 GMT and Tue, 20 Aug 2024 07:16:00 GMT, a small number of EC2 instances were unavailable. This caused downtime of FE API for a small number of stores. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
