    We are currently investigating this issue.

    The visual editor uses a 3rd party SAAS vendor. This incident is related to some connectivity issues with this vendors endpoint. The issue has happened multiple times today and we are working with the vendor to fix this.

    The visual editor is now operational. We will keep monitoring and working with the vendor to implement a permanent fix.
