While Big Ideas Math is observing limited impacts from the ongoing AWS outage, we continue to monitor events and will respond if needed.
It appears that a few of our services are experiencing delays around assignment editing/creation and assignment reporting. While we are still seeing limited impact, it may cause a degraded experience for some users. We are continuing to monitor events and will update here as additional information becomes available.

Any reports containing assignments that are partially completed are not loading correctly. This can cause other reports to also fail occasionally. We are continuing to investigate solutions to this issue. Until then, assignments can be created and taken safely with no data lost.
We have identified the probable cause of the issue and are working internally and with our partners towards resolution. There will continue to be issues viewing reports or lists of assignments that are currently in-progress and will continue to intermittently affect other reporting or assignment interactions.
