The issue has been partially resolved. System emails, such as those for forgotten passwords, are now working reliably again. The following currently applies to sending documents: Max 20 emails per hour & 5 recipients. Use ‘Send invoice using email software’ for larger batches. We are continuing to work on a permanent fix and thank you for your patience and understanding.
We have started processing the delayed emails from yesterday. The system is currently clearing the queue, and all outstanding messages should reach their recipients shortly.
Update: At the moment, only some of the emails sent are being delivered to the recipient. Our technical team is already working to find a solution. In the meantime, you can use the ‘Send invoice via email software’ option.
