The issue has been partially resolved. System emails, such as those for forgotten passwords, are now working reliably again. The following currently applies to sending documents: Max 20 emails per hour & 5 recipients. Use ‘Send invoice using email software’ for larger batches. We are continuing to work on a permanent fix and thank you for your patience and understanding.
We have started processing the delayed emails from yesterday. The system is currently clearing the queue, and all outstanding messages should reach their recipients shortly.

Between 2025-05-07 15:50 CEST and 2025-05-08 10:30 CEST the endpoint api.bexio.com/2.0/kb_invoice could not be used to create invoices in bexio. The situation made it impossible to create invoices via our API. The problem is solved.
