Our monitoring stack has alerted us to some intermittent 500 errors being generated on our Hosted Checkout. We’re investigating and will update when we have more information.

We’ve identified the root cause of this issue as being related to an upstream issue with our service provider in Google Cloud. For a short period of time (<1 minute) our Hosted Checkout responded with a 500 ‘Internal Error’ for a small subset of requests. This issue appears to have stabilised with our provider. We continue to monitor the situation.
