azupay experienced a minor incident on June 26, 2023 affecting External NPP Network, lasting 10h 11m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

CBA has advised they are currently experiencing a wide spread system outage and have suspended themselves from the NPP network. Inbound payments from CBA accounts will not be received until CBA restores it's systems and outbound payments will need to be resubmitted once CBA is online Please do subscribe to our status page for the latest and most accurate information. CBA have restored their NPP connection and we are now seeing payments flow in both directions as expected. We will continue closely monitoring the system for the rest of the evening.
