Oct 20, 06:18 EDT Resolved - We have addressed the cause of the unscheduled interruption to logins, email sending, and subscriber sign ups. Customers are now able to log in, broadcast emails are sending, workflow emails are sending, and subscribers who signed up during the outage have been added. Broadcast emails and campaign emails are currently sending as expected. However, between 10:19AM ET and 12:34PM ET broadcast emails and campaign emails experienced an unscheduled interruption. As a result, some broadcast and campaign emails sent during this timeframe continue to be delayed. Our team is actively working to send those emails affected.
