    Users may be experiencing connection issues for Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration and Avid Link Desktop. This issue is currently under investigation and we will update as soon as we have more information.

    We have managed to recover connectivity for products except for Avid Link Desktop "Messages" and "Pro Tools Projects" tabs. Some users may see "Connection lost, trying to reconnect..." when they view these tabs. We are continuing to investigate and attempt recovery.

    This issue is now resolved with Avid Link Desktop 2022.7.1 that is now available for all users.
