When collaborating on a project with another user some tracks or clips may fail to download. This only occurs if users are accessing the project at the same time. To retrieve any missing tracks/clips, users can close the project and upon re-opening the missing tracks/clips will download. We are continuing to investigate and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
