    Between 2–4 June, we experienced a delay in processing tracking updates due to a temporary issue, which caused events submitted on 2 June to be processed later than expected. This resulted in delayed tracking visibility for some shipments. The issue was fully resolved on 4 June, and all affected updates have since been processed.
