    We have received a load surge in Aula for Coventry (https://coventry.aula.education) which has caused application to not load temporarily. Initial triage suggested that the problem is related to the service that provides live updates for our users. We have temporarily turned this service off while we work on a long term solution. Impact: live updates on the platform may be delivered late or not at all. This includes new direct messages, posts, comments etc. However, refreshing the page will let users see new content. No data will be lost. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We have identified the cause of the problem. We are working towards a fix.

    We have deployed a fix and are monitoring the service on Coventry. Coventry users should be able to receive live updates now (direct messages, posts, etc).
