    YAY! the last update did not post anything to the status page, AND the milestone change was also not reflected - meaning that customers still saw 'investigating' rather than 'identified' as the status. No additional emails were triggered. NOW changing to 'mitigated' and leaving the "AuditBoard Status Page [NO LONGER UPDATED]" box ticked, so stuff should post and emails should happen.
