We're currently aware that some customers are may be intermittent experiencing issues logging into the Workbench, and there are some delays with notifications. This is being investigated with urgency and we'll update you as soon as we know more.

We're not currently seeing any issues with push notifications, logging into the Workbench, or creating API credentials. While this AWS issue continues, we'll continue to monitor, investigate and provide updates. We're also continuing to assess the extent of the impact for affected customers.

Our investigation into push notifications suggests notifications to your end users were sent as expected, however some users may have experienced short delays in receiving the notifications. We’re continuing to investigate the scope of that impact. This requires information from AWS, which we have requested. Our investigation into Workbench login and requesting API credentials suggest your team were not impacted. We’re continuing to monitor and investigate all areas affected, including batch analytics. We’ll continue to keep you updated with the status of this.
