    We are currently investigating this issue. Customers can create support cases as normal at http://support.atlassian.com/ and reply to existing tickets by email. These will be added to the support system when it is back online.     Between 2020-06-24 18:46 to 2020-06-24 21:28 UTC, we experienced an outage of getsupport.atlassian.com. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
