    We are currently experiencing problems with sealing documents signed in Assently E-Sign. This means that the signed document will not be genereted immediately after the last party signature. Documents sealed earlier today may present themselves as having an invalid signature. We are investigating the cause of this and hope to soon get everything working again. Document will be put in a queue and be ready later. Document that have invalid signatures will be possible to regenerate.

    Document sealing is now working normally again. Customers affected by the problem will be able to get their incorrect documents regenerated.

    We are observing delays in sealing of signed cases. Cases currently remain in "signed"-state. We are investigating.

    An outage at one of our service providers is causing sealing of cases to be delayed. We are working with them to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, signed cases may be delayed in reaching the "finished" state, and may remain in the "signed" state until the issue has been resolved. Any cases that are signed during this timeframe will reach the "finished" state once the incident has been resolved.

    We’re currently experiencing an issue with the document conversion component of our system, which is affecting all document types that need to be converted to PDF. Additionally, our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality is also not working properly at this time. Our team is working tirelessly to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
