There was a delay when sealing documents from 17:45 to 19:50. Cases signed in this timeframe may have been delayed to be Finished, or will reach Finished state later. Contact support if any case is found to stay in status "signed". The problem affected E-Sign in all environments and was caused by a problem at one of our suppliers. Operation is back to normal and all queued cases will be processed.
