We are currently experiencing problems with sealing documents signed in Assently E-Sign. This means that the signed document will not be genereted immediately after the last party signature. Documents sealed earlier today may present themselves as having an invalid signature. We are investigating the cause of this and hope to soon get everything working again. Document will be put in a queue and be ready later. Document that have invalid signatures will be possible to regenerate.

Document sealing is now working normally again. Customers affected by the problem will be able to get their incorrect documents regenerated.
