    ## **Incident Report: CVaaS Service Disruption - September 1, 2025** On September 1, 2025, CloudVision as-a-Service region cv-prod-euwest-2 experienced a disruption that lasted 2h. During this time some devices may have experienced state update becoming visible to be delayed up to those 2h. There was no data loss of device state.
