The issue has been confirmed by our telecom provider. They are working with their LECs to identify the issue. Currently, there is no ETR. We have extended the availability of the help desk chat inside of ARIN Online through to 7:00 PM on 26 July.

Our telecom provider has verified that the local provider has a fix is in place now. We are monitoring circuit stability, but all voice services appear to be restored.
