Some customers in the US may be experiencing a delay in detection event processing. Our team has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it. User console, monitoring of service policies, insight scans, and other background operations are not impacted.

AppOmni Engineering has identified the cause of the Threat Detection degradation as an issue with the underlying cloud infrastructure provider. That provider has been engaged and is working on a fix, which we expect to be deployed shortly. AppOmni Engineering will provide further updates as resolution proceeds

AppOmni Engineering has confirmed the affected infrastructure has been restored. All events are now being processed. Customers may experience residual delays as an event backlog is proceeded. AppOmni will continue to closely monitor the affected service as this backlog is processed.
