- identified Jan 31, 2024, 06:46 PM UTC
We have identified a few candidates that might be causing the issues and are investigating further. We have applied local fixes in order to restore counting, ordering and some other critical functionalities. Many functionalities do work although with some extra delay (such as exports or saving). Functionalities that require many small interactions such as as linking PoS articles to recipes are however still seriously impacted. We are working diligently to restore all components back to normal.
- monitoring Jan 31, 2024, 08:28 PM UTC
Our engineers have found the root cause of the issue and have applied a fix. Firsts tests indicate all systems are operational. We will closely keep monitoring the situation.
- resolved Jan 31, 2024, 09:30 PM UTC
We are marking this incident as resolved. We will keep monitoring closely but all performance indicators are showing regular responsiveness and stability again.
