    Our engineering team is currently investigating an issue that is causing excessive load times and occasional timeouts in some dashboards and Guest checkouts.

    A fix has been implemented. We addressed a caching issue and are monitoring results.

    The performance degradation has been resolved! We experienced a sudden increase in traffic and discovered and fixed a small problem in our caching configuration to resolve slow loading times and timeouts.
