We have identified an issue with the Reports and Insights tabs of the platform due to intermittent outages with a platform provider. This is currently impeding the ability for AnyRoad users to download reports and access insights.

While we continue to work with our infrastructure provider to address the intermittent issues, we have deployed a workaround that restores the ability for AnyRoad users to download reports and access insights prior to 11:20PM PST on 12/21/21. We are continuing to resolve the underlying issue and ensure that there is no delay in reports and insights availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have resolved the issues that were impacting the Reports & Insights tab, specifically the ability to download recent reports. These issues were caused by an underlying AWS outage. We will continue to monitor our systems.
