Our email vendor (Mandrill) is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. This may impact some guest emails and cause delays in our system's delivery of confirmation, reminder, or post-experience emails. We are monitoring Mandrill's status via https://status.mailchimp.com/ We are also investigating the situation and attempting to initiate other email solutions. We will post updates here. Please contact [email protected] or your Account Manager if you receive reports of delayed guest emails that are time-sensitive.

Mandrill has resolved the issue, and we are monitoring to ensure that all delayed emails are now being delivered successfully. Some guests may receive multiple copies of the same email.

All emails are being delivered successfully since Mandrill resolved their connectivity issue. If an email was delayed due to poor Mandrill connectivity, Mandrill will try to re-send it now. AnyRoad will continue to monitor and ensure that all emails are delivered on time.
