Anchor Host experienced a major incident on April 25, 2017, lasting 5h 18m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Beginning 10 minutes two of my WP Engine servers were rebooted, anchorhost1 and anchorhost2. Website on these servers were offline briefly however appear to be coming back online within 3 to 5 minutes. Checking with WP Engine for more info.

The reboots were done by WP Engine engineers. They have identify a known issue affecting some of their servers running PHP7 and are working on a fix.

Other then the unscheduled restarts earlier today, both servers have been stable.
