Anchor Host experienced a critical incident on October 22, 2015, lasting 35m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

An upcoming maintenance being performed by WP Engine's infrastructure providers that may impact the uptime of a subset of customers hosted on WP Engine. That maintenance is required to apply a security patch, and requires a reboot which may result in downtime of up to 40 minutes. This downtime will occur for sites that we host while those providers patch their systems. We expect these patches to occur on October 19th and last through October 29th. Outside of the up to 40 minutes of downtime affecting sites and the WP Engine User Portal, there should be no impact to your site—though we will be monitoring closely to make sure.
