Aug 7, 16:24 BST Scheduled - Please note that there is an upcoming maintenance window that will impact Amplience platform services scheduled for Sunday, 24th August 2025. As part of ongoing efforts to improve the performance and stability of our platform, we will be performing a scheduled database upgrade during the following window: Date: Sunday, 24th of August 2025 00.00 to Sunday, 24th of August 2025 23.59 BST (24hrs) Components affected: - Content Hub Impact: During this maintenance window, users may experience temporary delays or reduced performance in the following Content Hub features: - Bulk Uploading of assets via FTP (Manual uploading not impacted) - Execution of Processing Jobs (Set Creation, Asset Move/Rename & Metadata assigning) - Execution of Publishing assets - Accessing Activity Queue logs (Bulk, Processing, Publishing & Purging) All other components will remain operational. Once the upgrade is completed, the activity queue logs will only display the last 7 days. Should you require access to older logs, please get in touch with our Support Team via support.amplience.com Going forward, the upgraded system will retain up to 90 days of logs.
