Status: Investigating We are seeing elevated error rates from OpenAI for requests using OpenAI-backed models (e.g. GPT-5.x). Affected requests fail with "Invalid prompt: your prompt was flagged as potentially violating our usage policy", even for normal coding prompts. This is an upstream issue with OpenAI's API, and we are in contact with them. Other models are unaffected. Retrying may succeed, or you can switch to a non-OpenAI model in the meantime.
