  3. postmortem Sep 12, 2023, 07:15 PM UTC

A network event affecting one of our vendors briefly disrupted connectivity between AWS and our on-premise data center, causing required resources to be inaccessible and leading to errors in the Ambra UI and API. Our engineers are continuing to migrate services into the cloud and have a plan to eventually eliminate our remaining dependency on this network link.
