  1. investigating Dec 14, 2023, 11:51 PM UTC

We have received reports of issues on the Ambra platform. Engineering teams are currently investigating. Additional information will be provided as soon as it is available.

  2. investigating Dec 15, 2023, 12:27 AM UTC

Some customers have reported duplicated HL7 messages being sent in error. We are working to determine how widespread the issue and how to resolve it. Our Engineering teams are actively investigating and working to identify the root cause. We understand the urgency and we appreciate your patience as we work to address the issue.

  3. investigating Dec 15, 2023, 12:58 AM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  4. resolved Dec 15, 2023, 01:57 AM UTC

A behavioral change was introduced that the gateways now check for a valid response after transmitting HL7 messages. A setting within the product already existed to turn off HL7 response validation which unblocks the outbound queues and restores original behavior. If you (the customer) encounter numerous duplicated HL7 messages being sent in error, then please contact Ambra Support to have the setting enabled on your account. A Root Cause Analysis will be posted when complete.

  5. postmortem May 08, 2024, 08:02 PM UTC

This was determined to not be a platform incident. Was incorrectly posted as such.
