We have received reports of issues regarding viewing studies on the Ambra platform. The engineering team quickly identified and remedied the issue. This incident has been fully resolved and service is back to normal levels. Our team will be conducting a root cause analysis and sharing as soon as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure there are no further issues.

When deploying a new Ambra cloud some permissions were inadvertently changed on Ambra US production. This was corrected to resolve the issue.
