We have received reports of an intermittent 404 error on Login pages on the InteleShare platform. Engineering teams are currently investigating. Additional information will be provided as soon as it is available.

The incident has been fully resolved and service is back to normal levels. The issue was identified being related to DNS and the team performed a hotfix. Users should be resolving to the correct IP address now. If not please flush your DNS. Our team will be conducting a root cause analysis and sharing as soon as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure there are no further issues.

Issue: Customers started experiencing intermittent failures connecting to the InteleShare Platform. Root Cause: This was caused by an earlier configuration change wherein records for the ap-southeast region were sometimes overriding the proper US production records. Resolution: The issue was resolved by fixing the configuration which was overriding the proper resolution.
