We’re already observing improvements in overall system performance and will keep monitoring the situation closely.

    Issue: Customers were experiencing slowness with user interface transactions including viewing of images and intermittent errors. ‌ Root Cause: A surge in transactions has caused issues within our database. ‌ Resolution: We dropped inflight transactions which resolved the issue.
