On 10 Jun 2026 during 1:15PM - 2:00PM UTC we observed increased error rate so customers in Asia region could observe intermittent availability issues of Design Reviews and Tasks dashboard during this period of time. The root cause was immediately mitigated and we didn't observe error rate from 2:00PM 10/06/2026.
On 16 Jun 2026 during 11:30AM - 2:00PM UTC small amount of customers could observe intermittent access issue to the Requirements Portal. The root cause was quickly identified and fixed and no action is required from the customer side.

On September 10, 2024, from 8.45 PM UTC to 8:58 PM UTC **some** users with **EU** workspaces were unable to perform activities related to Components and Supply Chain. Our automated recovery systems were unable to remedy the situation, requiring manual intervention. Our manual intervention restored normal functionality for all the users with the **EU** workspaces.
