Call Recordings and Voicemail Playbacks are currently unavailable due to an added layer of encryption on the files. The issue has been identified and should be resolved shortly.

We have found that this authentication also impacts MMS from being viewed and have therefore updated the incident report to include media. A fix is already undergoing current testing.
