There is currently a partial outage with one of our carrier's ability to send SMS and MMS messages. We are actively working with our carrier to get this resolved as soon as possible.

The inability to send outbound SMS/MMS on some Aloware accounts is due to an outage with one of our major carriers. This outage has no relation to our previously schedule maintenance and we have delayed the scheduled maintenance on 8/17 as a result.
