We are aware of an issue affecting the display of incidents in the Alert Logic Console for customers in the US-East region. We have identified the root cause and are working towards deploying a fix. All incidents are being correctly created, stored, and escalated; and only the viewing of incidents in the Console is affected. As a workaround, users can navigate to the URL's sent within notifications to view incidents. We will post further updates as they are available.

We have now applied a fix and have verified that incidents are visible within the Alert Logic Console for US-East customers. We will now place this incident into a Monitoring state.
