HTTP requests are progressing again. Customers may still experience issues with eth_getLogs and WebSockets. We are actively investigating and will provide further updates shortly.

We managed to fix underlying issue with eth_getLogs, Websockets remain to be affected.

A subset of eth_sendRawTransaction requests are not being propagated to land on chain.

We are investigating consistency issues affecting our EU Central region beginning around 06:58 UTC. Some customers may experience degraded or inconsistent API responses across multiple chains. Mitigation is in progress.

We are investigating increased error rates and service degradation on Sui Mainnet following a network incident impacting the Sui ecosystem. Our services are dependent on the underlying network, and we are actively monitoring recovery efforts from the Sui team. According to the latest update from the Sui team, more than two-thirds of network stake has upgraded to the latest release. We are currently investigating degraded performance on starknet mainnet

The Sui chain is currently stalled at block 280,692,037. This is a network-wide issue impacting multiple providers. Our team is actively monitoring and coordinating with the Sui team. We will provide updates as the situation develops.

We are investigating reports of degraded performance on Ink Sepolia. The finalized and safe block tags are currently not progressing reliably, affecting requests that rely on those block parameters. This appears to be a chain-wide issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting ZKSync Mainnet where block finalization has stalled. This appears to be an upstream issue with the ZKSync network. We are actively monitoring the situation and have engaged the ZKSync team. We will provide updates as the investigation progresses.

We are aware that block production on Corn Testnet has stalled and are actively investigating the root cause. Transactions are not being processed at this time.

We identified degraded performance on Hashkey Testnet due to node issues in our US-East region. Traffic has been rerouted to our EU-Central region to maintain availability, which may result in temporarily increased latencies. We're actively working on restoring full capacity in US-East. Between 05:00 - 07:00 UTC on May 21, 2026, Alchemy's Base Mainnet webhook delivery experienced delays. Customers may have received delayed webhook notifications during this time.

We are investigating an elevated rate of 503 and API errors affecting Arbitrum Mainnet. This is a network wide incident and we're working closely with Arbitrum team to restore full service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available!

We are investigating an issue for safe and finalized tags on Ink Sepolia, which returning stalled block heads. The "finalized" block is currently stalled at block 50232683. This appears to be a network-wide issue affecting other providers, not isolated to Alchemy. We are monitoring for updates from the Ink team and will provide further information as it becomes available.

We are currently investigating degraded performance on Ethereum Sepolia. Block production has been intermittent, with the chain's head advancing unevenly. This appears to be a network-wide issue. Alchemy's infrastructure is operating normally and we do not currently anticipate customer-facing impact. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we learn more.
