We are investigating downstream issues caused by the recently rolled out field groups feature. This feature will be disabled until future notice.

We have identified a PlanView issue causing a selected asset's room data to be incorrectly cleared. Our investigations found that this issue is caused by Field Groups. Because of this, we have disabled the Field Groups feature for all users. Selecting assets in PlanView will no longer experience this issue. We are working on a fix in investigating asset data that may be affected. We plan to re-enable Field Groups after appropriate fix is in place. We will make updates here as we learn more and make progress fixing the issue.

We are continuing to investigate a solution. The impact on customers and data is very small, and we are working with anyone affected to help correct any unexpected changes.

We have released a software update that will allow us to turn on the field groups going forward. We have also investigated our concern about data being incorrectly cleared, and we find that the impact was much smaller and very simple to resolve. We will work with any affected parties to determine if further steps are needed and assist in the process.
