    A fix has been implemented that has addressed SAML users and Confirmation code errors. We are still investigating iPhone users that are unable to manually enter confirmation codes (copy and paste works)

    Update: confirming that issues affecting many users have been addressed, however some users are still experiencing issues with SAML and this issue is being addressed with a fix that should be available soon. We are also opening up the use of one-time codes for SAML users that will enable logins through email confirmation.

    Update: all users may access AkitaBox using the one-time confirmation code when accessing from the main login page at https://akitabox.com/auth/login We continue to investigate and develop a change for issues affecting some of our SAML users, and we will continue to notify as progress is made.

    Update: all users may access AkitaBox using the one-time confirmation code when accessing from the main login page at: https://akitabox.com/auth/login We have identified a subset of customers who are using configurations for SAML that are currently unable to access AkitaBox through that direct method. If you are experiencing a login issue, please use the link above. We are working on additional improvements and will continue to update here as changes are made.

    Update: we have completed an update that addresses the subset of our customers who were unable to access AkitaBox using their Single Sign On SAML provider. We will continue to monitor the situation and be responsive to any new issues should they appear.

    Update: we will be updating our login pages this evening to provide improvements for all customers. These changes will reinstate the Login action to utilize SSO for customer so configured. The option to login with confirmation code will remain as a secondary option for all customers as well. There will be no downtime involved with this change, and they will be made available immediately to anyone visiting or revisiting the main login page: https://akitabox.com/auth/login This update is intended to resolve the incident. However, we are still working with customers who may be effected or have questions regarding recent changes.
