    Several of the us-west-2 (Oregon) Gateways are being restarted. Additional nodes have been added into the cluster to supplement the traffic.

    The nodes had finished restarting and had been added back to the load balancer (LB) at 13:04:23 UTC. There was a period of four minutes (13:00:18 - 13:04:23) where there was only a single node in the LB, during which, some inbound connections may have received "At Capacity" or other unspecified errors.
