    We are currently investigating an issue where Console Agents are encountering intermittent errors when loading the following Console pages: - Manage applications - Manage properties - Manage schemas - Registration builder Management of profiles / agents and viewing audit logs does not appear to be impacted. If an error is encountered, refreshing the page may work as these errors are very intermittent.

    The Identity Cloud Operations team has taken emergency action to scale one of the profile databases in the EU. This maintenance was performed to correct performance issues due to higher than normal traffic. During the scaling action, traffic going to the database may have been interrupted for as much as 60 seconds. The database is scaled and taking traffic as expected. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
